ADMISSION
At SVS Cambridge Betul, the admission process is designed to be simple, guided, and stress-free for both parents and students. Our admissions team supports you at every step to ensure a smooth experience.
Step 1: Initial Enquiry / Contact
Begin the process by connecting with our admissions team through phone, email, or by visiting the school campus. Our team will provide complete information and guide you through the next steps.
Step 2: School Visit / Interaction
Parents are encouraged to visit the campus to experience the learning environment, facilities, and school culture. If a visit is not possible, an interaction can also be arranged.
Step 3: Application Form Submission
After the initial interaction, parents are required to fill out the Application Form and submit the necessary documents, such as:
• Previous academic records
• Student identification documents
• Transfer Certificate (if applicable)
• Any other documents as required
Step 4: Entrance Assessment
Students may be required to appear for an age-appropriate entrance assessment, depending on the grade level. This helps us understand the student’s academic readiness and learning needs.
Step 5: Student & Parent Interaction
An interaction may be scheduled with the student and parents to understand the child’s strengths, interests, and overall fit with the school environment.
Step 6: Admission Decision
Admission is offered based on a holistic review, including:
• Entrance assessment performance
• Interaction feedback
• Previous academic records
• Availability of seats
Selected applicants will receive an Offer of Admission.
Step 7: Confirmation of Admission
To confirm admission, parents need to:
• Accept the admission offer within the given timeline
• Complete all formalities
• Submit required documents
• Pay the admission fee
